While the season of giving was upon us, we wanted to do our best to make this time as special for our clients as possible. The Safe Connections Holiday Haven was open for two weeks as a way to give free gifts to these wonderful women and teens. 

We accepted donations through December 23 of new, unwrapped items for our clients to choose from. In addition to giving the clients an opportunity to pick out a gift for themselves and for their children, we also hosted a special day where clients' children can "shop" the Haven for their parent.

Below is a letter sent in from a client who benefitted from the Haven: 

"Dear Safe Connections,
I just wanted to say a big 'Thank-You' for the generous gift selection you had this Christmas.  It was wonderful.  It was more than I could imagine!  It really helped make our Christmas more joyful.  Thank you for ALL you do!" 

Each and every donation we received was a huge help!  Thank you to all of the generous people who donated this year!
