Park Yoga For Good with Safe Connections YPs

Donation-Based Yoga in Oak Knoll Park

Feel good and do good at the same time! Safe Connections Young Professionals Board is teaming up with Andrea Vince Yoga to host donation-based yoga. Smell the fresh air, recenter your psyche, and stretch your mind and body for the week ahead, all while bonding with other Safe Connections Young Professionals. 50%+ of donations will go to Safe Connections to help fund our programs that go towards our mission of ending sexual and domestic violence in the St. Louis area.
  • Where: 1 Oak Knoll Park, Clayton, MO 63105 (map it)
  • When: September 8, 9:45-11:00 a.m.

Classes will be 60 min open-level flow style, and we’ll offer an optional 10 min guided meditation following movement; there’ll be room to leave after savasana if you need to. Bring along anyone you like, and spread the word if you feel called!

Please bring a mat, a water bottle, bug spray, and sunscreen. We’ll be on the main central green in Oak Knoll Park behind the St. Louis Community Foundation building (formerly the St. Louis Artists’ Guild, white stone building), a short walking distance from the main parking lot.
