St. Louis International Film Festival Screening A Girl Named C
A Girl Named C, directed by Emily Kassie, is a feature documentary addressing one of the most pervasive and taboo subjects in the United States—child sexual assault. In the wake of the #Metoo and #Timesup movement, A Girl Named C is a unique addition to the dialogue by offering a path into the mind of a survivor of assault. Safe Connections is proud to support the 2018 St. Louis International Film Festival. View the trailer here.
Following the screening, join the filmmaker and Safe Connections’ own CEO, Susan Kidder for a discussion.
